The Rentchecks Rent Warranty policy covers you against rent defaults. Unlike a rent guarantee policy this is not underwritten by an insurer & does not include legal protection.

A Rent Warranty is simply a no excess addition to a referencing report that ensures that you recieve your rent in the event of your tenant failing to pay you.

• One Rent Warranty per property required
• Applicants must pass our Advanced Guarantor or International report
• No excess to pay
• £60+VAT(6 months) & £120+VAT (12 months)
